At Duford Digital, we specialize in digital products and services. Because we don’t ship physical goods, our “shipping” process looks a little different—but we want to make it as clear as possible.
Digital product delivery
All digital files (such as website templates, downloadable tools, or PDFs) are delivered by a secure download link after payment is completed. The secure download link will aslo be delivered to the email address used for the order.
If you don’t receive your digital download within 1 hour of purchase, please check your spam folder or email us at support@duforddigital.com.
Service delivery timelines
For custom web design, SEO, or other services, we will contact you by email within 2 business days of purchase to begin onboarding and provide an estimated delivery timeline.
Turnaround time varies by service. We will outline your timeline in our Service Agreement for your project.
Returns & refunds
Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for downloadable products or services that have already been started.
