A change request is one edit to existing content on one page: text, an image, a link, a price, a form field, or a menu item. Extra change requests are $100 each. Anything that adds a page or a feature is a project with its own price.
Paying for the year costs 10 months instead of 12, so you get two months free on any plan. Sign up monthly first, then email me and I send one invoice for the year and switch you over. Cancel a prepaid year and the unused months come back to you.

- Cleanup after a hack that happened before the plan started ($720 one time)

Answer eight questions. Submit takes you to a secure Stripe page for the card. Your first invoice is today's date, and the plan renews monthly.

- Can I pay for the year?
- Yes, and it costs 10 months instead of 12. That is two months free on any plan. Start on the monthly plan through the form, then email me and I invoice the year and switch you over. If you cancel partway through a prepaid year, the unused months are refunded.
- I am having a site built. When does care start?
- You pick your plan before the site goes live, and billing starts on launch day. Care is not part of the build price, and no site launches without a plan in place. Hosting, DNS, backups, and monitoring all live inside the plan, so the plan is what keeps the site up.
- Someone offers a care plan for $29 a month. Why are you more?
- That $29 buys a hosting login and a promise. It has no monitoring, no tested backups, no monthly check, and no person who reads the report. Care is the work of keeping a site alive, done by the person who can fix it when it breaks, and you see the proof every month. If $29 is the right amount of care for your site right now, take it.
- What is a change request?
- A change request is one edit to existing content on one page: text, an image, a link, a price, a form field, or a menu item. Extra change requests are $100 each, approved by email before the work starts. Unused change requests do not carry forward.
- My site is on Wix, Shopify, or Squarespace. Which plan?
- Care Plus or Care Pro. Those platforms host the site themselves, so the plan covers the change requests, the monthly check, and the report. Care on its own is for sites I host.
- I did not build my site with you. Can I still sign up?
- Yes. The form asks where the site is hosted today and whether you have the logins. If moving it to my hosting makes sense, that is a one time project I quote after I have looked at the site. The plan starts either way.
- What happens when I submit the form?
- You go straight to a secure Stripe page to add a card. The plan starts that day. I get your answers, I set up monitoring and backups, and your first report arrives in the first five business days of next month.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, with 30 days written notice. When a plan ends, I move the site, DNS, and records to accounts you control within 30 days, at no charge.
- Do the prices include tax?
- No. Prices are Canadian dollars. GST is added at 5 percent on every invoice.
